Continuing the coverage from the show. Almost every car at the show was new to me so I took rather more pictures than I might have. Here's another of the Motornutz club members parked in front of Norton Country House itself. It's a BMW, but I forget which model.
Very original Austin Mini 1000 still with the 10" steel wheels and hubcaps, though the owner was planning to fit Minilite alloys which are a pet hate of mine. His car, his choice of course.
One side of the lower show area, full of very tasty things.
This MG B was beautiful inside and out. It was also, like many other cars at the show, up for sale. It was a very regrettable sale too but as the lady owner said, circumstances change, which was a common theme with other cars that were for sale, sadly.
So clean you could eat your dinner off it, but you wouldn't, for fear that your dinner would make it messy.
Austin Healey 3000. One of the finest looking rears in British sporting car heritage.
Not a bad face either.

The guide for what cars to show was simply that it was old and interesting. For me this is a great thing because I don't have this strange prejudice towards a car's particular decade of construction as some enthusiasts do. Far more interesting a show for having such a big mix.

The chap that owned this (not to heavily) restored Austin Somerset was a top chap. His car had a lovely patina of use and was definitely careworn, as a car of its considerable age should be.
